First-term Rep. Susan Wild is projected to win Pennsylvania's 7th Congressional District over Republican Lisa Scheller, Decision Desk HQ and Insider project.
Pennsylvania's congressional map was re-drawn in early 2019 after the state's Supreme Court declared its previous districts gerrymandered along partisan lines.
Scheller has so far taken on a loan of $1.2 million to fund her campaign, accounting for 65% of her total campaign funding.
