Report: AT&T in 'advanced talks' to buy Time Warner (T, TWX)

AT&T is in "advanced talks" to buy Time Warner, The Wall Street Journal reports.
It's unclear how much AT&T would be willing to pay for Time Warner. CNBC's Andrew Ross Sorkin reports that it'll be "way north of $90 per share."
The news comes following a Bloomberg report Thursday that the two companies had been discussing an acquisition. The Journal report says a deal could be reached as soon as this weekend. After that, the acquisition would have to go through standard regulatory procedu
