New home sales jumped more than expected
New home sales climbed by 5.2% at a seasonally adjusted rate of 592,000 in November, according to the Census Bureau.
Economists had forecast that new home sales rose by 2.1% at a seasonally adjusted rate of 575,000, according to the Bloomberg consensus.
