Mark Zuckerberg once suggested that developers pay something to the tune of $0.10 USD per year for access to a user's Facebook data. 
He made this suggestion in an internal e-mail, dated October 2012, released by the British Parliament on Wednesday as part of an investigation into fake news on Facebook and elsewhere.
