You can contact Lyft in a few different ways from your phone or computer if you've experienced an issue with your ride.
To contact Lyft, you can go through the help prompts on the mobile app, use the website to send an email, or contact the Safety Team through a 24/7 critical response line. 
If you have an immediate emergency, both drivers and riders can call 911 directly from the mobile app.
