Joel Greenberg, a long-time Gaetz associate, is requesting for his sentencing date to be pushed back by 90 days.
Greenberg pleaded guilty in May to six criminal charges, including sex trafficking.
He is now asking for more time to cooperate with prosecutors before his August 19 sentencing.
