Dow rises to all-time high

The Dow rallied above its previous closing and intra-day highs in early trading on Tuesday, one day after the S&P 500 closed at a record. 
At 9:49 a.m. ET, the Dow is up 116 points, or 0.64%, to 18,345, higher than the closing record of 18,312.39 set on May 19. 
The S&P 500 is up 12 points (0.61%) to 2,150.10, and the Nasdaq is up 35 points (0.71%).
The benchmark S&P 500 index rose to an all-time intra-day high shortly after the market open on Monday, and ended the ses
