Waitrose slashes prices for third time this year

Waitrose is slashing prices on 250 of its popular autumn products on Wednesday, the supermarket has revealed.
The move will cut prices by 10% on average, across items including pasta, whole chickens, sausages and potatoes.
The change makes it the third time Waitrose has lowered the costs of hundreds of products this year, under an £100m investment in lowering prices.
Waitrose reduced the prices of more than 200 products back in June, on goods including tomato ketchup and ice cream.Subscrib
