Tala appoints Rapha exec as commercial director

Tala has named Darren Read as commercial director as its expansion plans steam ahead.
The appointment follows a series of commercial moves for the activewear brand, including the upcoming opening of its first physical store on Carnaby Street and its £5m investment round led by Pembroke VCT last year.
With over 15 years of experience in expanding brands into market leaders, Read previously worked with Rapha, most recently as regional manager for the UK, Europe, APAC and North America.
