PrettyLittleThing introduces returns fee

PrettyLittleThing has become the latest retailer to start charging customers to return their orders.
The fashion brand is understood to have introduced a £1.99 fee on 3 June for users to send back their unwanted clothing, which will be deducted from their refund.
The charge also applies to its PLT Royalty members, who pay £9.99 for access to unlimited free delivery for a year.Subscribe to Retail Gazette for free
