Pandora to appoint new CEO ahead of schedule

Pandora chief marketing officer (CMO) Berta de Pablos-Barbier is set to become the brand’s new CEO on 1 January 2026, with the leadership transition occurring earlier than scheduled.
The transition was previously due to be completed at Pandora’s annual general meeting in March.
However, it will now be finalised earlier than scheduled following handover from the jewellery company’s current CEO Alexander Lacik, as well as the appointment of Jennie Farmer as its new CMO. Related S
