Office signs 10-year lease at Derbion shopping centre

Footwear specialist Office has signed a 10-year lease for a new store at Derbion shopping centre.
The 6,444 sq ft store will form the latest fashion chain to sign at the retail destination in Derby.
The shopping centre has welcomed FatFace, Crew Clothing, Victoria’s Secret, and Seasalt over recent months, and has also unveiled that Primark will be moving to a new 40,000 sq ft store next year.
Office managing director Jon Richens said: “We are thrilled to be bringing our array of bran
