Ocado Group confirms Adam Warby as new chair

Ocado Group has named Adam Warby, the chair of private equity giant KKR and executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, as its new chair.
Warby will join as an independent non-executive director at the business from 1 November, before assuming his role of chair on 1 December.
He will take over from current chair Richard Haythornthwaite, who stepped into the role in January 2021.  Haythornthwaite is stepping down due to his “increasing commitment” as chair of NatWest Group. R
