Hiscox unveils ‘Elf and Safety’ guidelines for retailers

Insurance company Hiscox has issued a checklist for small businesses to keep their staff safe this Christmas.
It comes as data from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) showed that 680,000 workers experienced a non-fatal workplace injury in 2024/25, with retail, hospitality, trade and delivery services reporting higher injury rates.
