Halfords to invest £14m into upgrading store services

Halfords is set to invest £14m into improving its car repair and services across 150 of its stores.
The motoring specialist will transform the pop-up canopies outside its shops that look after basic services such as wiper and bulb-fittings, The Sun reported.
The retailer will also introduce permanent fixtures across the five to ten stores each month, in a move enabling its technicians to do more detailed checks on vehicles and schedule them into Halfords garages if more work is needed. Rel
