For loyalty with the human touch, start with tech
So far, 2020 has been something of an emotional roller coaster. If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, you’re not alone… and we’re still only a few months in. But if there’s one upside to all the uncertainty, it’s the way in which it’s encouraged us to connect, empathise and be kind. Learning to be more in touch with our emotions is a good lesson to take into the rest of the year – especially for retailers.
