Co-op is rolling out a “transformational” IT programme across all stores

The Co-op is set to extend the roll out of its new IT systems to all stores in the next few weeks, as it looks to improve customer experience and supply chain collaboration.
Described as a “transformational” IT programme, the three new systems look to improve planning and allocation of space in stores, increase availability, reduce waste and foster better communication across the supply chain.
By consolidating 30 legacy systems into three, Co-op said it would be better equipped to ad
