Aldi and M&S lined up for £20m Derby retail development

Plans have been submitted for a new £20m retail development south of Derby, featuring Aldi, M&S and Starbucks.
Rothstone Estates has lodged a reserved matters application for the scheme on land south of Shardlow Road, near Boulton Moor.
The development is set to include an Aldi supermarket, a Starbucks drive-thru café and a second drive-thru outlet.
Plans also feature a BP petrol filling station incorporating a Marks & Spencer convenience store, alongside a transport hub and
