When is a pothole not a pothole? When its not 2ft wide and 2.3in deep, says council

Mail Online - Perth and Kinross Council has officially redefined what a pothole is, in order to cut its road repairs budget. It has declared potholes must now be 60mm (2.4in) deep before the council fills them.
