West Yorkshire launches £75M transport professional services framework

New Civil Engineer - The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) has launched procurement for a mp;pound;75M professional and technical services framework to support the development and delivery of transport projects across the region between 2027 and 2032.
