Warning over tram-train link

The Herald - OF relevance to the proposed tram-train link to Glasgow Airport is a report from the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) dated December 15 on a similar link between Sheffield and Rotherham. This was supposed to be a pilot for schemes such as the Glasgow one but has been fraught with runaway costs and delays in implementation.
