Two platforms reopen at Liverpool Lime Street as station upgrade continues

Network Rail - Passengers travelling between Liverpool and Preston, Blackpool, Wigan, St Helens and Manchester Victoria can begin to use Lime Street from today (9 October) after two platforms reopened.
