Transport bosses: Brexit a threat to Dudley 28m rail system

Wolverhampton Express and Star - Plans for a 28 million light rail system to take train passengers into Dudley for the first time in 50 years could be thrown into doubt if Britain comes out of the EU, transport bosses have said.
