TfL submits business case to extend DLR to Thamesmead

New Civil Engineer - Transport for London (TfL) has submitted a strategic outline case (SOC) to the government, outlining proposals to extend the DLR from Gallions Reach, north of the Thames, to Thamesmead, south of the Thames.
