Police are investigating whether a second death on Thursday was caused by high winds associated with Storm Doris, which wreaked havoc across the UK. An investigation is already under way into the death of a 29-year-old woman who sustained head injuries when she was struck by “wooden debris” while walking past a cafe in Wolverhampton city centre.
