Sadiq Khan attacks 'childish' Chris Grayling over rail devolution

London Evening Standard - Sadiq Khan reignited his row with Chris Grayling today by accusing the Transport Secretary of "churlish, petty and childish" behaviour over the devolution of suburban rail.
