Paul Smith appointed as ORR Chief Executive Officer

Office of Rail and Road (ORR) - The Office of Rail and Road has today appointed Paul Smith as its Chief Executive Officer, following a public competition.
Paul is a highly experienced regulatory leader whose career spans the UK's aviation, energy and payments sectors, as well as senior regulatory roles in Australia.
