Five Welsh Government options to cut M4 traffic - including closing popular junctions

Wales Online - The Welsh Government has today (October 6) announced plans for a new Menai crossing, and improvements on the M4. In terms of the M4, the Plaid administration say it will order an ?18m review to look at options.
