Do 'Coach Friendly' destinations get the attention they deserve?

Route One (Bus and Coach) - In 2003, the Kent town of Rochester was the first destination to receive the Confederation of Passenger Transportmp;#39;s mp;#39;Coach Friendlymp;#39; status. Today, there are 43 recipients across England, Scotland and Wales. Being mp;#39;Coach Friendlymp;#39; appears to be a win-win situation for both operator and destination, so why arenmp;#39;t there more?
