DfT's Cohen given Lower Thames Crossing

Transportxtra - The DfT has appointed its Director of Strategic Roads and Local Projects Kate Cohen to oversee mp;pound;10bn Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) project. As the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO), she will be tasked with providing high-level oversight while delivery continues under National Highways.
