Andy Burnham HS2 pledge for Birmingham-Manchester link backed by ex-minister

Birmingham Mail - Andy Burnham has pledged to revive the HS2 northern leg between Birmingham and Manchester if he became Prime Minister, with his call backed by former rail minister Huw Merriman.
