Study Discovers Cause of "Brain Fog" Link to Long-COVID

Source: Google News - HealthPeople experiencing long-COVID have measurable memory and cognitive deficits equivalent to a difference of about six IQ points, a new study suggests. The research, based on more than 140,000 people, found that COVID-19 may impair memory for a year or more after infection. People with unresolved symptoms persisting more than 12 weeks tend to have larger deficits in performance on tasks involving memory, reasoning, and executive function.
