Blackstone to Buy Permian Basin Pipelines for $2 Billion

Blackstone Group LP agreed to acquire pipeline company EagleClaw Midstream Ventures LLC for about $2 billion in cash, the latest deal in the prolific Permian Basin of West Texas.
