LLYC files lawsuit against Bam Communications founder, attempts to sell stake back

The lawsuit alleges former Bam CEO Rebecca Bamberger began an “unauthorized takeover” of the firm following its acquisition by LLYC, and has transferred funds, diverted clients and invoices away from LLYC to a new entity, Bam by Big.
