Forward Global eyes private equity sale - and acquisitions with €150m fund

Forward Global, the risk and reputation management firm, is in negotiations to sell a minority stake to Bridgepoint Development Capital (BDC) - with plans to invest €150m (£130m) into PR acquisitions.
