Labour Pledges To End NHS Hospital Car Parking Charges

Labour has pledged to scrap hospital car parking charges if the party gets into government.
Announcing the plans, leader Jeremy Corbyn said patients, visitors and staff at hospitals across England should not have to pay because ‘Labour created the NHS to be free at the point of use’.
“Labour will end hospital parking charges, which place an unfair and unnecessary burden on families, patients and NHS staff. Hospital parking charges are a tax on serious illnesses,” he added
