Ditch 'Me Time' Baggage To Improve Public Health
Have you ever wondered what ‘me time’ means? In my view it should be about individuals making space to do something just for them. Something that will make that person feel better. Happier. Relaxed. It’s a fairly universal definition.But what if I now said that my ‘me time’ is time on the track or in the gym. Training.
