Stanmore Resources to acquire 50% interest in Eagle Downs

Stanmore Resources has signed a definitive sale and purchase agreement with a wholly-owned subsidiary of South32 Ltd to acquire its 50% interest in the Eagle Downs metallurgical coal project.
