Delta Dunia acquires US anthracite producer Atlantic Carbon

PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk has entered into a stock purchase agreement for the strategic acquisition of Atlantic Carbon Group, Inc., the second largest UHG anthracite producer in the US.
