Buffalo Coal Dundee signs tri-partite agreement with Investec and Belvedere

Buffalo Coal has advised that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Buffalo Coal Dundee (BCD), has concluded a tri-partite agreement with Investec Bank Ltd and Belvedere Resources.
