Twitter sold data to app creator involved in Cambridge Analytica scandal

Twitter sold data to Aleksandr Kogan’s Global Science Research (GSR), the company that supplied the Facebook data of up to 87 million users to political data analytics firm Cambridge Analytica.
GSR was granted access to large-scale public Twitter data for one day in 2015, according to Bloomberg.
