Mars to acquire Pringles maker Kellanova in one of largest buyouts in packaged goods history

Acquiring its snack rival for $36bn will mark the largest deal of 2024, giving Mars ownership of global cereal brands including Special K and Kellogg's Corn Flakes outside North America.
