Dentsu Aegis Network acquires Novus, merges it with John Brown Media

Dentsu Aegis Network announced the acquisition of Novus Group, an independent content agency in Singapore.
Novus will be merged with John Brown Media post acquisition and rebranded as John Brown Novus, working in tandem with iProspect.
This follows the rebranding of Dentsu Media to dentsu X.
Founded in 2009, Novus is a multi-platform content and brand-publishing agency headquartered in Singapore with fully integrated editorial, design and digital teams of more than 30 staff.
