Brief Encounters main speaker announced as Momentum ABM chairman, Felix Velarde

Felix Velarde, chairman at Momentum ABM and one of the first people to have a web agency in 1994, is set to join the line-up at The Drums’ new business conference, Brief Encounters as one of the main speakers this year.
