Alienation Digital placed into liquidation allegedly without shareholder consent

Alienation Digital, which counts EDF among its clients, is understood to have been placed into liquidation, allegedly without the consent of its shareholders.
The digital agency’s managing director Scott Dylan, who joined the company last year, alongside other senior directors, voted to put the company into liquidation on 12 December, with debts of £500,000 cited as the reason for doing so.
