Adobe Systems reportedly in talks to acquire Marketo

Adobe Systems is in talks to acquire cloud-based marketing software company, Marketo to combat Microsoft and Oracle according to reports. 
According to VentureBeat, the acquisition of Marketo, which offers business-to-business marketing applications, would complement Adobe’s marketing business.
