Local Government Pension Scheme survey: adapting slowly to COVID-19

A survey of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) taken in mid-May shows how local authorities are adapting to COVID-19.
Run on behalf of the England and Wales Scheme Advisory Board, 83 local authorities took part.
It found that 27% LGPSs are having virtual pension committee meetings, yet 61% have not reached the stage of going beyond the planning of meetings.
Only 51% of local authorities have reviewed their registers.
