Give health staff pay boost to resolve workforce crisis, says UNISON  

Responding to an analysis by the Nuffield Trust for the BBC showing that 40,000 nurses have left the NHS in England in the past year, UNISON head of health Sara Gorton said today (Friday):  “Nurses and all health employees are passionate about making a difference for patients.
