Latest Windows 11 build looks to force Edge use by thwarting browser workarounds

Windows 11's most recent Insider Preview build appears to foil workarounds that let users set rival browsers as defaults, forcing them to rely on Microsoft's Edge to handle Web links.On Friday, Microsoft published a number of updates to the Insider, Beta and Release Preview Channels for Windows 11. In a company blog, Microsoft said: "We fixed an issue where OS functionality could be improperly redirected when microsoft-edge: links are invoked."In other words, Microsoft updated the Windows
