United targets E&S growth with American Coastal deal

Florida carrier United Insurance Holdings is targeting growth in
the E&S space as part of its merger with residential commercial
specialist American Coastal.
The deal, announced earlier this month, will bring together
complementary personal lines and commercial books to create the
third-largest insurer in Florida's residential property
market.
